hi there,

I’m Rachael. I am an ex-athlete, Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I live just outside London, UK with my wife and daughter. I specialise in training people back to their athletic selves after a long COVID or other chronic illness's.

 

In 2021 I caught COVID, resulting in a 2 1/2 year battle with long COVID, where I was largely bed-ridden.

 

I knew when I got better, I couldn't just train like I used to but I found no suitable reconditioning program. So I decided to make one. Now known as the 90 Day Rebound Method. 

 

I know what it's like to lose your fitness identity, to fear movement and what the detrained body needs to rebuild.
